Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you received your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call us at 615-556-3859 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) you are returning, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provided a return label for our error.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. The exact timing for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide further instructions.
